黑龍江省是全國最大的糧食主產(chǎn)區(qū)和商品糧基地之一，東北亞經(jīng)貿(mào)大通道橫貫其中。作為我國糧食主產(chǎn)區(qū)的“北大倉”，黑龍江省對各類農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)資料的需求以及農(nóng)產(chǎn)品及畜牧產(chǎn)品的對外交流有這廣闊的市場開發(fā)潛力。在這種背景下，經(jīng)中國貿(mào)易促進委員會批準(zhǔn)，由中國貿(mào)易促進委員會黑龍江分會主辦的2010中國黑龍江農(nóng)業(yè)博覽會（以下簡稱農(nóng)博會）將如期于11月8日在美麗的冰城哈爾濱舉辦。此次展會的召開將著眼于開拓國際、國內(nèi)兩大市場，力求把此次大會辦成“商家的市場、合作的橋梁”，滿足農(nóng)業(yè)新技術(shù)和農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)資料的引進，同時將黑龍江的優(yōu)秀農(nóng)產(chǎn)品和畜牧業(yè)產(chǎn)品展現(xiàn)在國內(nèi)外專業(yè)買家的面前。以促進龍江農(nóng)業(yè)新理念、新技術(shù)、新品種、新產(chǎn)業(yè)形式的推廣與應(yīng)用，加速農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的進程，形成龍江農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)新格局，實現(xiàn)黑龍江農(nóng)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展，推動黑龍江社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的進程。

Heilongjiang Province is one of the biggest major grain producing area and commercial grain base in China, with the Northeast Asia Trade Corridor running through it. As the “Northern Granary” of Chinese major grain producing areas, Heilongjiang has a big market development potential in requirements of agricultural production means and exchanges of livestock products with the outside world. Under the above background, approved by China Council for the Promotion of Trade and sponsored by its Heilongjiang Branch, 2010 China Heilongjiang Agricultural Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as Agricultural Exhibition), will be held in the beautiful ice city--Haerbin in November 8th as scheduled. This exhibition will focus on opening up the international and domestic markets, and strive to become the "Market of Companies, bridge of cooperation". It will meet the requirements of bringing in new agricultural technologies and agricultural production means, and present the agricultural and animal husbandry products of Heilongjiang to domestic and foreign professional buyers, to promote the application of new ideas, new technologies, new varieties and new forms, to accelerate the agriculture industrialization and industrial upgrading, to form new agricultural industrial situation, to achieve sustainable agricultural development and to push forward the new rural communities construction in Heilongjiang.

1、參展企業(yè)通過電話與組委會聯(lián)系，確定參展意向后組委會將向企業(yè)提供展位圖；

2、參展企業(yè)在展位圖上選定展位，組委會展位安排以先報名、先付款、先安排的原則進行，報名企業(yè)如未在規(guī)定時間付款，組委會有權(quán)對其展位進行調(diào)整；

3、選定展位后，參展企業(yè)需認(rèn)真填寫標(biāo)準(zhǔn)展位申請表或特裝展位申請表（見附表）連同企業(yè)簡介（用于網(wǎng)站免費宣傳）傳真或郵寄至大會組委會；

4、參展企業(yè)提交申請表后應(yīng)在3日內(nèi)將所需費用匯入大會指定賬號，并將銀行匯款底單傳真至組委會；

5、組委會收到匯款底單并核實到款后，組委會將向參展企業(yè)郵寄或傳真參展確認(rèn)函，參展確認(rèn)函是企業(yè)參展報到及開具發(fā)票的唯一憑證；

6、參展企業(yè)無權(quán)將其展臺出租或轉(zhuǎn)讓給第三方，無權(quán)通過任何方式為非參展單位在會場宣傳。

1. Organization and invitation of the professional visitors are key work of the organizing committee. As a branch of CCPIT, through more than 200 agencies of CCPIT in different countries and overseas chambers of commerce that have cooperative ties with CCPIT, the sponsor will send letters to foreign embassies, relevant foreign ministries, chambers of commerce, trade associations, and other organizations for visit, participation, purchase and negotiation.

2. The Organizing Committee will unite with all branches of CCPIT, relevant trade associations, chambers of commerce to organize their professional member units to come here for visit and negotiation or invite outstanding professional buyers directly.

3. Organizing Committee will directly integrate all associations, professional markets, media resources and large buyer database of sponsor to organize professional buyers and visitors to come here through direct mail, fax, E-mail, direct invitation, medium, popularization and introduction of exhibition, and cooperation of associations.

4. More than 10 domestic and foreign well-known TV stations, broadcasting stations, newspapers, magazines, network and other medias will be invited to report this exhibition live from the scene.

 

1、專業(yè)觀眾的組織和邀請是組委會的工作重點之一。主辦方作為中國貿(mào)促會下屬分會，將搭借中國貿(mào)促會遍布全球的經(jīng)貿(mào)交流平臺，通過其在國外200多個國家的辦事處以及各海外合作商會向各國大使館、外國相關(guān)部委、行業(yè)協(xié)會、商會等機構(gòu)發(fā)函，邀請組織參觀、參展、采購和洽談。

2、組委會將聯(lián)合各地貿(mào)促會分會、各相關(guān)行業(yè)協(xié)會、商會共同組織其專業(yè)的會員單位以及直接邀請優(yōu)秀的專業(yè)觀眾買家到會參觀洽談。

3、組委會將直接整合各個協(xié)會、專業(yè)市場、媒體資源以及主辦方龐大的買家數(shù)據(jù)庫，通過直郵、傳真、電子郵件、直接邀請、廣告?zhèn)髅�、行業(yè)展會推介、行業(yè)協(xié)會合作等多種靈活有效的方式組織專業(yè)買家及觀眾到場參觀采購。

4、會期將邀請10多家國內(nèi)外知名電視臺、電臺、報刊、雜志、網(wǎng)絡(luò)等媒體進行現(xiàn)場宣傳報道。
